HOW DO I COMPARE PRODUCTS?

To compare products click the word "Compare?" located in red writing under the item you are looking at. The product code of this item will then appear on the right hand menu bar.

When you have select at least two products, click "Compare Now?" on the right hand menu bar.

A new page will load showing both products side by side enabling you to compare the specifcations provided of each product.

This is very useful where you have conducted a Product Search and there are several different product that match your criteria.

To remove a product from you Compare Products list, within that list, click on the produc you want to remove.

WHEN I CONDUCT A PRODUCT SEARCH I DON'T GET ANY RESULTS?

The most likely cause for this is that you have selected a set of criteria for which there is no exact match availble online. In this case, please call us on 0121 772 1010 or email to sales@keystonecastors.com and let our technical sales team help find the castor you are looking for.

Alternative, simply reduce the number of criteria in your search by leaving the criteria blank or change a selection such as load capacity required or bearing type. For example a search wtih the following criteria will not return any results:

Bearing Type: Roller Bearing

Bracket Type:

Fixing Type:

Load Capacity: 500kg - 1000kg

ProductType: Wheel Only

Wheel Diameter: 100mm

Wheel Tread Material: Rubber

By leaving the Load Capacity criteria Blank, your search will return 3 products that match the critera.

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT?

When you register, you are immediately eligable for a discount off all. The size of the discount is directly related to the size of the order.

As a registered user, you can view your order history so you can see what you purchased from us previously. This is especially useful for customers who place repeat orders because with a click, you can place the same order again.
