ONLINE FACILITIES: SERVICE & PRICING STRUCTURE
In many instances, customers are simply looking for a Generic Castor where detailed specifications are not critical. In this case our specially selected and standardised range of castors and wheels will make selecting, ordering and paying for your castors easy (see: How to Use).

Trade Account Pricing Structure
Subject to approval for a Trade Account with a credit facility, accounts credit limits and trade discounts are set at our discretion. It is usual for customers appling for Trade Credit Accounts to be contacted by our accounts manager to discuss their application.
On agreement of a Trade Discount, that discount is applied to all orders. Delivery charges apply at the same rate as Cash Accounts.
CREDIT / CASH ACCOUNT
Keystone Castors offers flexibility in setting up your trade account to suit your requirements
Credit Account: Subject to approval, customers may open a credit account with invoices payable 30 days from end of month of invoice.
Cash Account: Customers may select to open a cash account that can be created instantly. Customers may pay by Visa, MasterCard or Switch against a proforma invoice issued upon request.
Alternatively, your requirement may simply be a one off purchase. In this case simply follow the prompts in the online store or call one of our technical sales representatives and make a cash purchase by Visa, MasterCard or Switch.
DELIVERY
98% of orders placed before 3:30pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be despatched the same day. For non-Internet orders taken and processed by our internal sales staff, customers may elect one of the following delivery services:
- Next Day Anytime - Min. Cost £11.00*
- Next Day Scheduled AM Delivery - Price on request
- Standard 2-3 day - Min. Cost £8.50*
- Collection from one of our three depots
*Applicable for delivery in the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands where additional charges may apply.
