Description
200mm Polyurethane (Extra Heavy Duty) Tyred on a Cast Iron Centre Wheel with 30mm Plain Bore. This is a high performance uses a high quality polyurethane with a tyre hardness Shore 92 (+/- 3) A. This polyurethane has a high load bearing capacity, minimal heat build up and a high abrasion resistance. This wheel is often used in conveyor and transportation systems.
The Load capacity quoted is for operation under ideal conditions where the wheel operates infrequently and on a smooth surface. The wheel’s load capacity must be reduced as indicated for any of the following conditions:
Load Capacity Factors:
- Load Capacity = 1050kg if uses for more than 45 minutes continuously.
- Load Capacity = 1120kg if used at speed 6 – 10km/h
- Load Capacity = 980kg if used at speed 10 – 16 km/h
- Load Capacity = 980kg if used as a Drive Wheel
