This is a high performance wheel using premium grade REVVOTHANE polyurethane which is a high quality tyre with a high load bearing capacity, minimal heat build up and a high abrasion resistance. This wheel is often used in conveyor and transportation systems.The Load capacity quoted is for operation under ideal conditions where the wheel operates infrequently and on a smooth surface. The wheel's load capacity must be reduced as indicated for any of the following conditions. Please note that these are cumulative if more than one condition exists:

  • Reduce load by 25% if continuous use for more than 45 minutes.
  • Reduce Load by further 30% if used as Drive Wheel.
  • Reduce load by further 30% if used at speeds greater than 6kp/h.
