This castor is made from 4mm thick heavy gauge pressed steel. It is a product that is built to last and is great for arduous applications.
The white nylon castor wheel is a hard tread and contains Ball Bearings which ensures the lowest rolling resistance. Nylon is probably the most popular wheel used because it is relatively inexpensive, strong and long lasting. It is unaffected by water and resistant to most chemicals except acids and chlorines.
