The Heavy Duty Fabricated Steel Revvo H Series Castors set the benchmark for strength, durability, and performance. Built from forged steel frames, these heavy duty castors excel in the toughest industrial environments.
Each H Series castor uses a... hardened ball race swivel head that handles both thrust and radial loads with ease. Nylon swivel seals block dirt from entering the ball race, while a hydraulic grease nipple lets you lubricate quickly. The closed base of the swivel ring traps lubricant inside, creating a lasting grease reservoir that keeps performance smooth.
Engineers press and form the cylindrical side plates for the best strength-to-weight ratio, then continuously weld them to the swivel ring for maximum rigidity.
Choose from a wide range of wheels: polyurethane tyre on cast iron centre, solid cast iron, nylon, or rubber tyre on cast iron centre. These heavy duty castors carry loads from 150 kg to 1,500 kg. Add an optional retro-fit directional lock to convert a swivel castor into a fixed castor—and back again—whenever the job demands it.
