The original Footmaster Levelling Castor offers users a multifunctional castor. It gives equipment 360 degree mobility, the ability to be levelled and dampens vibrations.
The rubber footpad is made from quality rubber. It can be raised and lowered by using either a handwheel, built-in ratchet, or a spanner. The method of op...erations depends on the model selected.
The wheel in this range is made from Nylon 66 except for the Heavy Duty KGD-150 which has a Machine Cast Nylon (D80) wheel. This is because of the heavy weight this product can hold: 1,500kg when 4 castors (KGD-150F) are used. Please note that because of the load capacity of the KGD-120 and KGD-150, the footpad is cast aluminium and does not have an anti-vibration function.
To calculate the recommended maximum load capacity of a Footmaster Levelling castor the same method as other Jacking Castors is used. This is because Footmaster Levelling Castors are raised and lowered in the same way as Jacking Castors.
