Medium Duty Castors - Pressed Steel (101kg to 250kg Capacity)
Medium Duty Pressed Steel Castors have a load capacity between 101kg to 250kg Individual Castor Load Capacity.A castor's load capacity is usually the first criteria that needs to be identified. If you need to carry a total load (including the transport equipment) over 4 castors of between 300kg or and 750kg...>, these are the castors for you. Your next criteria is likely to be how you're going to attach the castors and there are two main choices. A rectangular Plate Fixing or a Single Bolt Hole Fitting.
Next comes the Castor and Wheels. Our medium duty pressed steel castors have complete. These include Nylon/Polypropylene, Blue Elastic Rubber Tyre, Polyurethane (both Injection Moulded or Bonded), Grey or Black Rubber Tyre, Cast Iron.
Some users have specific bearing requirements too. A Smooth Plain Bore is simply a smooth hole in the middle of the wheel and the lowest cost option. The Polyurethane tyre offers a low tractive resistance making it easier to get moving compared with softer rubber tread wheels.
