Goods ordered online can be returned for exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt, provided they have not been used and remain in a saleable condition. Refunds are for the product price only.
If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us before returning them so we can arrange the best solution.

98% of orders placed before 2:30pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm may still be despatched the same day where possible.
