To order castor wheels or trolley wheels of the correct size, choose the wheel diameter, bore size and hub length in millimetres. Common wheel size conversions include:• 2 Inch = 50mm
• ...3 Inch = 75mm or 80mm

• 6 Inch = 150mm or 160mm
• 8 Inch = 200mm
• 10 Inch = 250mm

As a high performance wheel it can be used in more demanding applications than a standard polyurethane tyre castor wheel could be: As with all polyurethane tyre wheels, extended periods of use or speeds greater 4 km/h will result in surface friction. This friction generates heat that builds up in the polyurethane that will cause a standard polyurethane tyre to de-bond from the cast iron. REVVOTHANE is a very high quality polyurethane that offers minimal heat build up and performs exceptionally well within the following guidelines: If the wheel be in continual use for more than 45 minutes, this reduces the load capacity by 25%. The load capacity is reduced by a further 30% if used as Drive Wheel Reduce load by further 20% if the running speed is between 6 km/h and 10 km/h Reduce the load by a further 30% if the running speed is between 10 km/h and 16 km/h -
