This bracket houses a Polyurethane tyre wheel with an Aluminium Centre and precision ball bearings, The polyurethane tyre has a shore hardness of A90 and the Load Capacity of the castor is 100kg.
The Overall height without a load is 171mm and this reduces incrementally by up to 20mm as load increases (see image 2 - GDS100 Curve). It is fully compressed with a load of 75kg.
This is the only shock absorbing castor available with a total stop brake. The patented braking system over comes the issue of locking a swivel head that can move up and down providing customers with a castor that when braked, will stop any movement in the swivel head.
