The Swivel Brake Bracket has a 4 hole top plate with 80/77x60mm bolt hole spacing. The load capacity of this castor is 200kg using manual propulsion at 4km/h (walking speed) The Black Elastic Rubber Tyre offers a higher load capacity than standard grey or black rubber tyres and is quiet and gentle on floors. The soft tread rubber (65 Shore A) absorbs vibrations whilst in motion making this a low noise option. The ball bearing lowers the rolling resistance to reduce the effort required to move the castors. The elasticity of the polyurethane allows the wheel absorb some of the rolling vibrations. The swivel head has a double ball race with hardened ball race track. The brake is a Total Stop Brake which is also known as a Swivel and Wheel Brake. This type of brake locks both the wheel and the swivel head so that the swivel head will not rotate while the brake is applied. The Top Plate measure 105x80mm with 80x60mm Fixing Bolt Hole Centres. The bolt holes are slotted to 80/75x60/55mm and suits 8mm Bolts. The castor wheel is a white nylon wheel (polyamide) with a 37mm tread width and fitted with two precision ball bearings. The hard wheel is non-marking and has the lowest rolling and swivel resistance. This castor is an excellent all purpose heavy duty castor.
