This wheel is often used in conveyor and transportation systems.The Load capacity quoted is for operation under ideal conditions where the wheel operates infrequently and on a smooth surface. The wheel's load capacity must be reduced as indicated for any of the following conditions. Please note that these are cumulative if more than one condition exists:- Reduce load by 25% if continuous use for more than 45 minutes.
- Reduce Load by further 30% if used as Drive Wheel.

The Footmaster levelling castor is a multi-functional swivel castor that provides mobility, levelling and anti-vibration functions. This allows users to move and position large equipment into place with added stability using the levelling and anti-vibration features.
Because of the lifting and lowering function of the Foot Master castor, like all Jacking Castors, it is important understand that each castor may be subjected to HALF THE TOTAL WEIGHT. Therefore, the recommended load capacity for each Foot Master Levelling Castor is half the castor's Static Load Capacity, that is, when the castors' levelling function is not being used. The load capacity of the Footmaster Castor when it is being moved and positioned is given by the Dynamic Load Capacity.
