To use this curve, please calculate the weight being carried by this castor and divide that by the one less than the number of castors on your equipment, So if you have a trolley using 4 of these castors and the total weight being carried is 500kg, then the compression of the rubber pad is the reading given on the y axis at 167kg (500kg / 3 = 167kg) which is just over 10mm.

As with all polyurethane tyred wheels, demanding applications involving extended periods of use or speeds greater 4 km/h the friction will generate heat build up in the polyurethane. REVVOTHANE is a high quality polyurethane that offers minimal heat build up and performs exceptionally well within the following guidelines:- If the wheel be in continual use for more than 45 minutes, this reduces the load capacity by 25%.
- The load capacity is reduced by a further 30% if used as Drive Wheel
- Reduce load by further 20% if the running speed is between 6 km/h and 10 km/h
- Reduce the load by a further 30% if the running speed is between 10 km/h and 16 km/h
