It is important to note that the minimum Jacking Castor load capacity is obtained by calculating the total weight to be carried (unladen unit weight + maximum load) and dividing that by 2. This is because the operation of Jacking Castors means that each castor can be subjected to half the total weight.
Most applications require 4 Jacking Castors and in this situation, the recommended total maximum load that can be carried by 4 Jacking Castors is 1,400kg.
