For the compression performance, please see the image for the curve by clicking on the thumbnail image above. To use this curve, please calculate the weight being carried by this castor and divide that by the one less than the number of castors on your equipment, So if you have a trolley using 4 of these castors and the total weight being carried is 500kg, then the compression of the rubber pad is the reading given on the y axis at 167kg (500kg / 3 = 167kg) which is between 11 and 12mm.

To prevent damaging the new bushings when knocking them in gently with a hammer, it is recommended that a piece of wood is placed over the bearing:The wheel has a 75mm hub (the distance through the central bore).
