Flanged wheels provide stability for rail trolley systems. Rail wheels are important in machine and systems engineering to ensure transport units stay on the rails, following predetermined routes.

Our rail trolley wheels have roller and ball bearings, 20mm bores and up to 150mm diameter. The range includes single-flanged wh...eels in cast iron and steel, and cast iron parallel tread wheels. Cast iron rail wheels have excellent shock resistance and durability properties, while steel is ideal in food and beverage manufacturing or industries where cleanliness is crucial.

Systems using heavy-duty rail wheels make cornering easier and safer when rails are installed. Our flanged steel wheels include threaded stub axles, tested up to 800kg capacity.

Premium Cast Iron Flanged Wheels are constructed from close-grained cast iron, sometimes described as semi-steel, and handle up to 1000kg. Standard cast iron rail wheels can handle loads of up to 900kg. Both cast iron rail wheel types are coated with resin shellac for corrosion resistance and durability.
