The Load capacity quoted is for operation under ideal conditions where the wheel operates infrequently and on a smooth surface. The wheel's load capacity must be reduced as indicated for any of the following conditions. Please note that these are cumulative if more than one condition exists:
- Reduce load by 25% if continuous use for more than 45 minutes.
- Reduce Load by further 30% if used as Drive Wheel.
- Reduce load by further 30% if used at speeds greater than 6kp/h.

As a high performance wheel it is often used in much more demanding applications than a standard polyurethane tyre castor wheel. As with all polyurethane tyred wheels, demanding applications involving extended periods of use or speeds greater 4 km/h the friction will generate heat build up in the polyurethane. REVVOTHANE is a high quality polyurethane that offers minimal heat build up and performs exceptionally well within the following guidelines:
- If the wheel be in continual use for more than 45 minutes, this reduces the load capacity by 25%.
- The load capacity is reduced by a further 30% if used as Drive Wheel
- Reduce load by further 20% if the running speed is between 6 km/h and 10 km/h
- Reduce the load by a further 30% if the running speed is between 10 km/h and 16 km/h
