With a 180kg load capacity it is suitable for heavy duty applications.This flat-free universal replacement wheelbarrow wheel has a rib tread and a 75mm Tread Width. It has a special foam filled tyre that has the same cushioning and bounce as a typical pneumatic wheel. As the name suggests, it has the added benefit of not being susceptible to punctures from nails and other sharp objects.Changing the bore size:
The hub of this wheel arrives to you fitted with a 16mm (5/8" bearing). This can be removed and replaced with 19mm (3/4" bushes) wheel bushes if needed. The 19mm bushings are included in the kit.To change the bore size simply remove the existing bearings by gently prising both out with a screwdriver and hammer. To prevent damaging the new bushings when knocking them in gently with a hammer, it is recommended that a piece of wood is placed over the bearing:The wheel has a 75mm hub (the distance through the central bore). This can be extended to suit your wheelbarrow by the use of the spacers supplied (see image below for details):When replacing your wheelbarrow's front wheel, it is advised that you remove the wheel from the wheelbarrow and check the shaft size and the hub length (the distance through the central bore) before purchasing. The Polyurethane tyre offers a low tractive resistance making it easier to get moving compared with softer rubber tread wheels. It is also a bit softer than hard tread wheels making it smoother and quieter running. The polyurethane tyre is also non-marking and gentle on floors while the roller bearing lowers the rolling resistance to reduce the effort required start the wheel rolling.

The Load capacity quoted is for operation under ideal conditions where the wheel operates infrequently and on a smooth surface. The wheel's load capacity must be reduced as indicated for any of the following conditions. Please note that these are cumulative if more than one condition exists:
- Reduce load by 25% if continuous use for more than 45 minutes.
- Reduce Load by further 30% if used as Drive Wheel.
- Reduce load by further 30% if used at speeds greater than 6kp/h.
