This friction generates heat that builds up in the polyurethane that will cause a standard polyurethane tyre to de-bond from the cast iron. REVVOTHANE is a very high quality polyurethane that offers minimal heat build up and performs exceptionally well within the following guidelines: If the wheel be in continual use for more than 45 minutes, this reduces the load capacity by 25%. The load capacity is reduced by a further 30% if used as Drive Wheel Reduce load by further 20% if the running speed is between 6 km/h and 10 km/h Reduce the load by a further 30% if the running speed is between 10 km/h and 16 km/h
