The Black Rubber Tyre is softer wheel compared to hard tread wheels like nylon and the rubber absorbs vibrations whilst in motion making this a low noise option and will not scratch the floor. The roller bearing lowers the rolling resistance to reduce the effort required to move the castors. Together with the strong bracket that has a double ball race in the swivel head makes this castors a great choice for many industrial or domestic applications.

The Polyurethane tyre offers a low tractive resistance making it easier to get moving compared with softer rubber tread wheels. However, Polyurethane tyres are slightly softer than hard tread wheels making the castor smoother and quieter running. The polyurethane tyre is also non-marking and gentle on floors while the roller bearing lowers the rolling resistance to reduce the effort required to move the castors. Put this wheel into a strong bracket that has a double ball race in the swivel head and you have a castor that is a great choice for the wide range of industrial and domestic applications.
