The Flexello 61 Series is an established industry standard range of Pressed Steel Castors that is suitable for most industrial castor uses. This range has a ball bearing swivel head and finished with a bright zinc plating and has a larger top plate than most 100mm castors with the castor's top plate measuring 128x102mm.
The Blue Elastic Rubber offers a higher load capacity over standard grey or black rubber tyres and will not mark floors. The roller bearing consists of steel rollers in a plastic cage that minimise rolling resistance even under heavy loads.

The brake on this castor is a Total Stop Brake which is also known as a Swivel and Wheel Brake. This means that when the brake is applied, not only is the wheel braked but the swivel action is also locked.
A Polyurethane tyre offers a low tractive resistance making it easier to get moving compared with softer rubber tread wheels. It is also a bit softer than hard tread wheels making the castor smoother and quieter running. Polyurethane is also non-marking and gentle on floors. Put this wheel into a strong bracket that has a double ball race in the swivel head and you have a castor that is a great choice for the wide range of industrial and domestic applications.
